Applications and operating workflow
The machine is intended for individually handled suitcases and travel bags. The operator positions the item, starts the selected wrapping cycle, completes film handling and removes the wrapped luggage.
Soft bags, protruding handles and irregular luggage should be checked with photographs or samples before the configuration is confirmed.
Configuration review before quotation
Send minimum and maximum luggage dimensions, maximum weight, photographs, required output, film preference, installation space and electrical supply. State whether weighing, custom colour or a different wrapping height is needed. Automatic loading or automatic film cutting is not included unless written into the supply scope.
Questions before you choose
Can FY-PWPM05 wrap luggage above 50 kg?
The verified reference maximum is 50 kg. Heavier items require a separate structural and handling assessment.
Is 40–60 pieces per hour fixed?
No. Luggage size, wrap layers, film settings and operator loading and finishing time affect actual output.
Does it automatically cut the film?
Automatic film cutting is not confirmed in the reference scope. Treat film attachment and finishing as manual unless the quotation states otherwise.
Can a weighing function be added?
It can be evaluated as an option. Confirm range, accuracy, display, machine dimensions, price and lead time for the selected version.
