For pallet wrapping requirements
Provide the smallest and largest pallet loads, maximum weight, height and a photograph of the stacking pattern. Explain any instability or compression and whether you use a forklift, pallet truck or conveyor.
Include pallets per shift, the film specification, available floor area and the preferred level of automation. State which operations you want automated, such as film attachment or cutting, instead of relying only on the word automatic.
For long products, coils or installed equipment
For long products, include cross-section, diagonal, length range, protrusions and support points. For coils, provide inside and outside diameter, width and weight; describe the coverage and feed method you need.
For an installed machine, state the model and controller version and describe the issue clearly. Include the destination country, electrical standard and contact details for equipment inquiries so the proposed configuration can reflect the operating conditions.

Can I request advice without a complete technical specification?
Yes. Start with dimensions, weight, photographs, film and the current handling method. These details help identify which configuration questions still need an answer.
What if my load exceeds the reference capacity or size?
Send the actual dimensions and maximum weight. The application needs project-specific assessment; a larger machine or different wrapping format should only be confirmed after review.
