Size horizontal orbital wrapping around the cross-section
For FY-PWPM03, provide the maximum product width, height, diagonal and any protrusions. The nominal ring inside diameter is larger than the usable product envelope and must allow clearance for the wrapping operation.
Product length influences the conveyor layout and support before, during and after the ring. Confirm feed direction, line height, load support and the required overlap rather than choosing the machine from ring diameter alone.
Specify coil geometry and the wrapping result
For FY-PWPM02, state the inside and outside diameter, width and weight of the coil. The opening, support arrangement and wrapping material must work together without damaging the product surface.
For either platform, explain whether you need protective coverage, reinforcement or bundling, and identify areas that must remain open. Agree the film handling, feed method, control interfaces and guarding required for the production process.
Questions before you choose
Can the ring diameter be treated as the maximum product width?
No. Cross-section shape, diagonal, protrusions, support and operating clearance all matter. Compare the complete product envelope with the selected ring configuration.
What is needed for conveyor integration?
Provide line speed, direction, height, product spacing and support needs. The conveyor load, sensors, controls and protection around the equipment must be reviewed together.
