How to Choose
Send product width, height, diagonal and protrusions; length, weight and support points; required line speed; conveyor height and load; film specification; and destination electrical supply. Confirm film cut-and-clamp, guarding, top pressure and line-control interfaces separately.
Questions before you choose
Can I select the ring using product width alone?
No. Use the complete cross-section, diagonal, protrusions, supports and required clearance. The ring table is a series selection reference.
Is the conveyor included in the stated motor power?
No. The 0.75 kW reference is for the main machine motor and excludes the conveyor. Conveyor load, height, speed and support are application-specific.
Does the product rotate?
The rotating film ring wraps the supported product without rotating the product itself. The support and conveyor arrangement determine the usable product flow.
Wrapping palletized loads?
FY-PWPM06 is a self-propelled pallet wrapper that travels around a stationary pallet. Review the FY-PWPM06 pallet-wrapper selection checklist to confirm load dimensions, floor and travel space, charging requirements and the complete operating cycle before choosing a configuration. FY-PWPM03 instead wraps supported long products through a rotating film ring.
