Pallet wrapping demonstration
Watch the turntable and film carriage wrapping a pallet load.
FY-PWPM01 is a semi-automatic turntable pallet wrapper for stable loads that can rotate safely. The reference arrangement automates the wrapping cycle; the operator loads the pallet, attaches the film, cuts and secures the film tail, and removes the finished load.

See the equipment in use and review the configuration for your load. These demonstrations do not establish output for every load.

This video shows a fitted film-cutting arrangement. It is not standard on the FY-PWPM01 reference configuration; confirm it in the quotation.

The following values describe the Rev B reference configuration, not every available option.
| Parameter | Reference value or condition |
|---|---|
| Turntable diameter | 1,650 mm |
| Maximum load weight | 2,000 kg for the reference configuration |
| Reference pallet size | Approximately 1,200 × 1,200 mm; check the full diagonal and overhang |
| Wrapping height | 500–2,000 mm; other heights by quotation |
| Turntable speed | 3–12 rpm, adjustable |
| Output | 25–40 pallets/hour as a reference; load, program and handling time affect the result |
| Film carriage | Reference pre-stretch carriage up to 250%; confirm the supplied type and ratio |
| Machine dimensions | 2,650 × 1,650 × 2,480 mm (L × W × H), reference |
| Machine weight | Approximately 500 kg, reference |
| Installed power | 2.3 kW, reference |
| Supply | 220 V, single phase; 110 / 120 / 230 / 380 / 415 V configurations on request |
| Configuration status | Turntable | Wrapping height | Load rating |
|---|---|---|---|
| Published reference combination | 1,650 mm | 500–2,000 mm | 2,000 kg |
| Listed turntable options | 1,800 / 2,000 / 2,200 mm | Confirm against the selected mast and drawing | Confirm for the quoted configuration |
The second row lists options, not pre-approved combinations. Extended mast height, loading ramp, top platen, weighing, labelling and automatic film handling are quotation items. Do not assume that a larger table includes the same height range, carriage or load rating.
Check pallet length and width together with the diagonal of the complete load, including overhang. For pallet-truck loading, confirm the ramp and approach space. Compare a stationary-load platform if the pallet cannot rotate safely.
The reference machine runs the programmed wrap cycle. Pallet loading, film attachment and finishing remain manual. Automatic attachment, cutting or clamping applies only if it is explicitly included in the agreed supply scope.
Routine pallet dispatch from warehouses and production areas.
Loads whose footprint, weight and stability fit the selected turntable and loading arrangement.
Send minimum and maximum load dimensions, diagonal, weight and photographs. Add film type, width and thickness, target pallets per hour or shift, loading method, destination electrical supply and delivery location. List the required options so they can be confirmed individually.
For an output review, include positioning, film attachment, wrapping, finishing and unloading time. The published 25–40 pallets/hour figure is a reference rather than an acceptance guarantee for every load.

The reference arrangement has an automatic wrap cycle with manual loading and film handling. Confirm any automatic film attachment, cutting or clamping equipment in the quotation.
No. The 25–40 pallets/hour figure is a reference and depends on load geometry, wrapping program and handling time. Review the complete operating cycle for your application.
Compare a stationary-load platform when the pallet cannot rotate safely. A mobile wrapper also requires a suitable floor and travel clearance around the load.
The Rev B reference lists 25–40 pallets/hour. To compare that reference with your operation, record the same load, film and wrap programme through the whole cycle.
For one station running these steps in sequence, theoretical pallets per hour = 3,600 ÷ total seconds per pallet. Record routine stops and roll changes separately when estimating sustained shift output. This calculation is a planning method, not a tested output claim for your load.
Record the load dimensions and mass, overhang, film specification, carriage setting, wrapping programme, complete cycle time and the agreed load-retention check. Identify the tested machine and retain photographs or video with the results. Confirm included options, electrical supply and acceptance conditions in the quotation.
