FY-PWPM04 Top-Sheet Pallet Wrapping Machine
FY-PWPM04 combines an overhead top-sheet unit with turntable stretch wrapping for pallet loads that need protection across the upper surface. It is a top-sheet machine, not the FY-PWPM07 top-platen compression model.

What the top-sheet unit does
The overhead unit feeds and cuts a sheet over the top of the pallet before or as the stretch-wrapping sequence is completed. Confirm sheet overhang, film compatibility and the required sequence for rain, dust or storage protection.
Configuration review before quotation
Send pallet length, width, diagonal, height and weight; top-sheet overhang; stretch-film and top-film specifications; required output; loading method; compressed-air availability and destination electrical supply. Optional top-platen travel and pressure must be evaluated separately if requested.
Questions before you choose
Is FY-PWPM04 the same as a top-platen wrapper?
No. FY-PWPM04 places a protective top sheet. FY-PWPM07 uses a platen to support suitable loads from above. A project can be evaluated for both functions, but they are not interchangeable.
Can the top sheet cover every pallet size?
No single roll covers every footprint. Compare the pallet top dimensions, diagonal and required overhang with the selected sheet width and adjustable length.
Is 30 loads per hour guaranteed?
No. It is a source reference. The actual cycle depends on load geometry, top-sheet length, wrapping program, film handling and loading time.
Does the machine require compressed air?
The source configuration lists 0.4–0.6 MPa. Confirm the pneumatic functions, connection and consumption for the supplied machine.
