FY-PWPM01 Turntable Pallet Wrapper
A turntable platform for stable pallet loads that can rotate. Confirm the diameter, rated load, wrapping height and loading arrangement for the selected version.
A pallet wrapper must fit the load and the way it reaches the wrapping area. Weight is one requirement; dimensions, stability, centre of gravity and loading access also determine the machine format and operating cycle.

A turntable platform for stable pallet loads that can rotate. Confirm the diameter, rated load, wrapping height and loading arrangement for the selected version.

A turntable wrapper with an integrated overhead top-sheet unit for loads that need upper-surface protection before stretch wrapping.

A turntable arrangement with support from above. Check the top platen contact, travel and pressure against the shape and compression sensitivity of the goods.

A self-propelled platform that travels around a stationary load. Assess the floor, clearance, load geometry and battery configuration for the intended working area.

A turntable pallet wrapper with an integrated weighing module and display. Capacity and weighing accuracy are confirmed for each supplied configuration.

A rotary-arm platform for wrapping a stationary pallet. Confirm the arm clearance, load access, protection and any conveyor or line-control requirements.
FY-PWPM01 is the standard turntable reference. FY-PWPM04 combines top-sheet placement with stretch wrapping when the upper face needs protection. FY-PWPM07 uses a top platen to stabilize suitable loads from above; it does not place a top sheet.
FY-PWPM09 combines pallet wrapping with a weighing module. The rated load, scale range, accuracy, display and data interface must be stated in the quotation for the selected configuration.
Turntable models require a load that can rotate safely. If rotation is unsuitable, compare FY-PWPM06 mobile wrapping and FY-PWPM08 rotary-arm wrapping, then confirm the floor, clearances and handling route.
Send pallet length, width, diagonal, height, weight, overhang, load stability, film details and target output. Include forklift, pallet-truck or conveyor loading when reviewing the full cycle.
Compare turntable, mobile, top-press, rotary-arm and weighing platforms, with both FY-PWPM07 press drives.

No. Diameter, load rating, structure and drive are separate configuration factors. Loads beyond the reference capacity require project-specific assessment and written confirmation.
Not necessarily. Confirm each operation in the proposal, including loading, film attachment, cutting, removal and any conveyor or control interfaces.
Compare turntable, rotary-arm, mobile robot and automatic-line formats by load stability, pallet volume and factory layout.
Turntable, rotary-arm and automatic-line searches describe different operating requirements. Start with whether the pallet may rotate and how it enters and leaves the wrapping area.
For stable pallet loads that can rotate. It is a practical starting point for manual or semi-automatic loading and can be configured with top pressure or other options.
Review turntable formatThe pallet remains stationary while the arm travels around it. Review this format for heavy, unstable or conveyor-fed loads and confirm arm clearance and guarding.
Review rotary-arm formatA line project coordinates infeed and outfeed conveyors, load detection, film handling, controls and safety. The final layout and cycle are project-specific.
Discuss an automatic lineSend minimum and maximum dimensions, weight, photographs, stability concerns, pallets per hour or shift, loading method, film, power and destination.
Confirm the film width, thickness and grade, then compare film use on the same load and accepted containment result. Do not select a percentage without the film and load data.
Define conveyor height and direction, load spacing, upstream and downstream signals, film attachment and cutting, access, guarding and the required recovery after a stop.
